Second owner 1972 GTO with under 110K miles. Bone stock, 4-spd, 400ci. In 1972 the GTO became an option to the Le Mans, as the insurance companies were putting pressure on car makers to drop the muscle car concept, and it was the same year the horsepower ratings were changed from gross (at the flywheel with no accessories) to net (at the rear wheel). This vehicle is rated at 250hp and has 3.53 gears. This is one of only 1500 made. |

This car is equipped with the Carroll Shelby handling package and is fully loaded with all power options, sunroof, rear window louvers, 2.2L SOHC Chrysler I-4 Turbo, and FWD A413 automatic trans. Mods include a modified intake for intercooler, cylinders bored .030 over, Mopar 804 Injectors, FWD Performance 15psi calibration, 2.5" swing valve and catback exhaust with Dynomax muffler, Autometer gauges, Grainger valve boost controller, Turbo's Unleashed rebuilt stock turbo with quick spool option, Alto High Performance clutch packs, Cheetah reverse pattern manual valve body, and 8.5mm Magnecore Race wires. Soon to have a Trevor Johnson port-matched and polished cylinder head with 1mm oversized tulip valves, roller cam and rockers. |

350 V8 4 bolt main block bored .060 over. Cast pistons 10/10 crank and rods. Heads are 882 castings 2.02 intake 1.60 exhaust, heavily ported, Comp 274 Xtreme cam and lifters. Smokey Ram or SY1 intake with a 830 cfm Holley carb. MSD distributor, 6AL ignition, and Blaster 3 coil. Turbo 350 long tail shaft transmission with TCI internals,3500 TCI stall converter, Summit deep trans pan, and trans cooler. GM 10 bolt posi rearend with 3.73 gears. Front a-arm bushings are aluminum greaseable Global West pieces. Front springs are stock 365 lb. Z28 springs. Rear leaf springs are Afco 175 lb. Multi leafs with front rubber bushings and rear polyurethane bushings. New brakes. The front sway bar is an older Rancho 1 ¼ diameter bar with rod end bearings for adjustment installed with greaseable poly frame mounts. Competition Products subframe connectors with Global West solid aluminum bushings. The body and interior still need work but I have installed one racing seats and a harness. |

One owner car purchased in January 1969 for $3450. Now has approximately 180,000 miles. Began racing in 1988 and have approximately 3500 passes down a dragstrip. Engine recently dyno’ed at 572 HP. Raced at Paris Drag Strip, Texas Motorplex in Ennis, Denton Dragway in Denton, Hallsville Dragway in Longview, Redline Raceway in Caddo Mills, Prescott Raceway in Arkansas, Ardmore Raceway in Oklahoma. Won 1st place recently in race car class in Cops and Rodders Auto Show at Paris. 1999 No-Electronics Track Champion at Paris Dragstrip. Best time in 1/8 mile = 7.36 @ 93 MPH. |

No performance modifications yet plan on Cold Air Inlet, Corsa Exhaust and Throttle Body in the near future. |
